Thank you for supporting original, independent art! We want to ensure your new watercolor or textile piece arrives safely and promptly. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we package and ship your orders from our Maxwell, California studio.

Processing & Shipping Schedule

To give each piece of art the care and secure packaging it deserves, we fulfill and ship orders three days a week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Need it in a hurry? If you require same-day shipping or expedited delivery, please call 623-414-0808 before placing your order. We will do our absolute best to accommodate your timeline and rush your package out the door!

Standard Shipping Methods & Carriers

We primary ship using USPS and UPS. Depending on the specific items in your cart and your location, you will be able to select your preferred shipping method during the checkout process.

To ensure the most accurate and cost-effective rates, our shipping is automatically calculated by package weight and size:

  • Small & Lightweight Items (Under 1 lb / 15 oz): Typically shipped via USPS Ground Advantage (formerly First Class), which includes tracking.

  • Standard Packages (Over 1 lb / 15 oz): Typically shipped via USPS Priority Mail for faster reliable delivery.

Large Art & Oversized Shipping

Because our fine art and custom textile hangings come in various shapes and dimensions, unique packaging is sometimes required to ensure they aren't bent or damaged in transit.

  • Oversized Items (Packages over 36” or large dimensions): Large-scale artwork, oversized fiber art, or packages exceeding standard size requirements are safely shipped via FedEx.

  • Please Note: Carrier-enforced surcharges automatically apply at checkout for any packages with dimensions exceeding 36 inches.

Bulk & Large Quantity Orders
